If you’re using a DSLR or a mirrorless camera with a heavy lens, JOBY has you covered with the Podzilla Large tripod kit. Weighing slightly less than a pound, the Podzilla Large is designed for cameras and other gear with a ¼"-20 mount, weighing up to 5.5 pounds. It’s fitted with a compact QR plate, plus a convenient, built-in bubble level to ensure your shot is even with the horizon, and the head features a screw knob for secure adjustability. As mentioned above, the Podzilla Large also ships with the Griptight 360 Phone Mount and is available in gray and black.
The Griptight 360 Phone Mount not only works with both Podzilla models but will also attach to any support with a ¼"-20 thread. The jaws are wide enough to fit phones up to 3.4", and can be easily rotated, making swaps between vertical and horizontal orientations quick and easy. There are even cold shoe attachment points on each end of the mount, so adding lights and mics is a viable option for every level of creator.
