Rokinon has introduced a new addition to its SP-series high-performance lenses: the Rokinon SP 14mm f/2.4. Available in Canon and Nikon F lens mounts, this new manual-focus ultra-wide angle lens focuses down to 11". Packed with exotic optical features, the lens has 18 elements that include dual aspherical, 2 ED, 3 HR lens elements, along with a single hybrid aspherical lens element. The new lens, which is approximately a third of a stop faster than a 14mm f/2.8 ultra-wide lens, sports a sleek, aluminum-alloy housing that tapers into a built-in petal-shaped lens hood.
Like the Canon-mount SP 85mm f/1.2 lens, this new Rokinon features a sleek new contemporary barrel design.
