Alongside the announcement of the digital PEN-F, Olympus has also made available two new products for a couple of distinct audiences: a Limited Edition version of the compact 16.1MP OM-D E-M10 Mark II Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds Camera and the super portable Monocular i. The Limited Edition OM-D E-M10 Mark II sports a silver finish with brown leatherette wrap and comes with a matching leather strap, a premium lens cap, and a silver 14-42mm lens. The camera maintains all of the excellent features as the standard models, including a 2.36m-dot OLED EVF, 5-axis in-body image stabilization, a 3.0" 1.04m-dot tilting LCD touchscreen, and Full HD 1080p60 video recording. The other new product offering from Olympus is the Monocular i, a super compact roof-prism type monocular that measures just 3.4" long and weighs only 2.5 oz. The waterproof, nitrogen-filled monocular features 6x magnification with a 16mm objective lens and has a short close-focus distance of less than 5'. Additionally, it has a multi-coated lens and a phase-coated prism that helps improve contrast, limit light loss, and ensure accurate color rendition.
