Control your Nikon or Canon flashes wirelessly with i-TTL and E-TTL/II functionality from up to 300' feet away with the FreeWave Aviator Transceiver and Aviator Receiver. The transceiver is a combination transmitter and receiver that provides +/-3 EV flash compensation and high-speed sync up to 1/8,000-second. You can attach a flash to the transceiver’s hot shoe to control remote flashes in either TTL or manual modes. Both first- and second-curtain sync are supported, and chosen settings are displayed on the backlit LCD screen. When using two transceivers together, you can choose between 16 different channels, and when using the transceiver with a receiver, you have up to four channels.
The FreeWave Aviator Receiver has a hot shoe on top and a ¼"-20 threaded mount on the bottom to allow a variety of mounting options, including an umbrella bracket or light stand. Both the transceiver and the receiver operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency, and both include a lanyard and two AA batteries. The transceivers are available in Nikon and Canon versions, as are the receivers.
