Audio-Technica ATH-M50x Headphones

As the successor to the wildly popular ATH-M50 line of headphones, the ATH-M50x Monitor Headphones have some mighty large shoes to fill. Thankfully, the M50x phones have some big feet, thanks to being built around the sonic lineage of their predecessors. Their circumaural, sound-isolating design lends them easily to studio use for critical monitoring and tracking duties, while their 90-degree swiveling ear cups assure they’re equally at home in the DJ booth. Their single-sided cable is now detachable, allowing you to swap the included straight, short, or coiled cable, depending on your needs.

The 45mm drivers, coupled with copper-clad aluminum voice coils, help provide an extended frequency response of 15 Hz to 28 kHz, tuned to deliver high-frequency clarity and detailed bass response. Their headband and ear pads are padded, ensuring comfort, so you can keep wearing the headphones during extended listening sessions.
