When DJI released the Ronin 4D full-frame cinema gimbal camera, its design transformed the landscape of modular cinema gear. Now the brand has enhanced that flagship combo full-frame cinema camera/gimbal system with the Ronin 4D Flex, an extension for your Zenmuse X9 gimbal and camera that doesn't require the Ronin 4D body. DJI also announced a new DL PZ 17-28mm T3.0 ASPH cine zoom lens, featuring a servo zoom and autofocus, that is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Ronin 4D.
Extended Gimbal Form
Weighing only 4 lb, the 4D Flex features a smaller form factor than the 4D, freeing you from the added weight of the Ronin 4D. The Flex includes a pan-axis quick lock, dual handgrip adapters for optional 4D handgrips, and handgrip adapter cables.

It is also compatible with DJI's Remote Monitor, RS focus motor, and DJI's LiDAR Ranger Finder system, as well as many other Ronin 4D expansion accessories.
DL PZ 17-28mm T3.0 ASPH Cine Zoom Lens
The new DL PZ 17-28mm lens is a high-resolution cinema zoom lens designed for the Ronin 4D system, and it covers full-frame sensors. Thanks to its compact size and magnesium-aluminum construction, it weighs only 1.1 lb, perfect for use on a gimbal camera. It features a built-in servo zoom and autofocus, allowing remote lens control without additional accessories.
