B&H is excited to share DZOFilm’s announcement of its new VESPID Cyber full-frame cine-style prime lenses. While full details are still yet to come, these primes appear to be updated versions of the existing VESPID Cyber lenses with the addition of a lens data interface that can transmit information that is vital to F/X work and to matching shots on different days or in different locations.

Available to start in 35, 50, and 75mm focal lengths, each of these full-frame lenses will be available in interchangeable Canon-EF and ARRI PL mounts. The VESPID Cyber 3-Lens Kit gets you started with a set of the 35, 50, and 75mm lenses bundled together in a hard-shell case.

Compatible with full-frame cameras, each lens incorporates a 4-pin LEMO-type data port, covers an image circle of 46.5mm, and has a maximum aperture of T2.1. These lenses feature irises with 16 blades for truly round bokeh effects and a generous 270° of focus barrel rotation to enable precise focus pulls. The 35, 50, and 75mm primes share a common 95mm front diameter for easy swapping when using a matte box and each share the same length of approximately 4".
