Want to confirm, does this utilize the switch system so I can use a bowens flash head on them? I know they say switch but don't see it mentioned int he description at all.
That is correct. This unit ships with the Speedlite inserts, however you can change to a Bowens mount, or any other Switch insert.

Yes you can, we recommend purchasing the Westcott Shoe Mount Bracket (Westcott Part number #5015) that will help keep the AD200 aligned with the opening of the Rapid Box.

Is there any way to convert these to ‘switch’ rapid boxes? I own them since years, super happy with Especially for headshots- but moving away from speedlights... I’d love to keep using them.
