Ordered one and received it quickly. It would not recognize or accept a video signal from either its HDMI or VGA inputs. Tried different cables and two different video sources and nothing worked. Returned it and received a replacement. Unfortunately it had the exact same problem. Returned it and will try something from a different manufacturer. B&H is worth five stars, but the monitor is worth zero so it gets the lowest possible, a one.

Does this monitor offer a reversing or "flip"function to allow use wioth a teleprompter?

The Orion Images Economy Series 15" Rack-Mountable LCD CCTV Monitor BH #OR15RCE is surveillance monitor and does not feature a flip function for teleprompter applications.
