Does it have the pole pockets on both the long and short sides so you can hang either way?
Asked by: Roger
These backgrounds have a pole pocket on the short side only. Many photographers use A clamps to mount them horizontally to a background support system.

Can we get some idea of what % grey this is, e.g. 18%? Or can someone give us an idea on the rgb or other scale?
Asked by: John
The Westcott 9 x 20' Backdrop (Gray) is not marketed as 18% gray but more of a neutral gray meant to be a subdued and non-interfering type of background. The only way to test the color temperature of a background would be to light the fabric as evenly as possible while taking an image that includes a color chart or 18% gray card, and then in Lightroom or Capture One you can balance that background to 18% gray.

question

Will the backdrop (9x10) be large enough to do a video interview with 2 cameras? The cameras will be very close together.
Asked by: Kelsey P.
I personally think it would be a bit tight, especially if you want a bit of separation between your talent and the screen. We bought this and the bigger green screen and I have yet to use the smaller grey backdrop - might be a lack of imagination on my part but it does feel really small when compared to it's big brother :)
