How long does it take for it to get back to you?
Asked by: Grace
During regular times Ilford usually takes 3-4 business days to process the film. Due to the current worldwide health emergency, the number of days is unpredictable. The envelope offers multiple shipping options including 1 or 2-day delivery to standard shipping time. This only affects the time your films will take to arrive at Ilford or to return to you.

question

If small scans are free, how much do the optional medium and large scans cost?
Asked by: Anonymous
I've been using this mailer for some time now. Medium scans are included with processing and for an additional $10 (Payment included with your film/Web Download Only/Price subject to change) you will get large scan files. Please see this FAQ for file sizes for the film you are using. http://www.ilfordlab-us.com/page/83/Film-FAQ-s.htm
