Postage not clear

I didn't notice the text that warns about how much postage is required. The mailer implies that 1st class is sufficient so I put about 3 stamps on it. Got lost in the mail and took over 5 weeks before my photos were developed. I must say though that Ilford Labs has very good customer service.

Can I use this for a disposable camera or just for film?
Asked by: Cassandra
If you have a disposable camera that uses true black & white film, then yes, you may use the Ilford Prepaid 35mm and 120 Film Developing Mailer to process your film. It is not designed for use with color film or black & white film that uses C-41 processing; it is only for black & white film that use traditional black & white darkroom processing.

How long does it take for it to get back to you?
Asked by: Grace
During regular times Ilford usually takes 3-4 business days to process the film. Due to the current worldwide health emergency, the number of days is unpredictable. The envelope offers multiple shipping options including 1 or 2-day delivery to standard shipping time. This only affects the time your films will take to arrive at Ilford or to return to you.
