The lime 910 Hard Utility Case from Nanuk is made from a crushproof, dustproof, and waterproof lightweight NK-7 polypropylene resin. It protects and stores delicate small to medium-sized items like laptops, tablets, cameras, electronics, drones, sample kits, compact tools, handguns, and equipment of all sorts. This version of the 910 comes with a foam insert made to fit the case's interior. The insert consists of a convoluted foam piece for the lid, a protective base pad on the bottom, and a pre-scored cubed layer for the middle.

The Nanuk 910 case is 13.2 x 9.2 x 4.1" / 33.5 x 23.4 x 10.4 cm. The Sony a7III for certain fit in this case and some Sony lenses will fit but it depends on the specific lenses you have They would need to be smaller than 4" for the diameter for sure and shorter than 13" if running the length for example.

Will this fit a DJI Air 2S Drone and controller? I am concerned about the depth.
It will be a tight fit with the DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller provided with the DJI Air 2S Drone to fit in the Nanuk 910 Hard Utility Case with Foam Insert (Orange) when it is right side up. The foam will press the DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller.
An alternative case to consider is the Nanuk 915 Hard Utility Case with Foam Insert (Orange). See the link below:

Will a Canon Vixia HF G70 UHD or Panasonic HC-X1500 fit in the case along with the cord and batteries?
The Nanuk 910 Hard Case with Foam (Black) would not be a good fit for holding the Canon Vixia HF G70 UHD or the Panasonic HC-X1500. While the cameras may physically fit in the case, there would not be enough padding space to properly protect the cameras.
