I Bought A Watson Battery For My Canon XA-40 A Few Years Ago. Didn't Use It Too Much And Wouldn't Take/hold A Charge. I Made A Negative Review And In A Stunning Effort Of Great Customer Service Watson/B&H Looked At My Review And Provided Me With A Brand New Battery. I Have To Say That Maybe The Old Battery May Have Been Defective As It Used To Show Fully Charged In A Very Short Time, Less Than An Hour And Would Drain Very Quickly When New.
