The red Nikon D3300 DSLR Camera is a compact and versatile camera featuring a DX-format 24.2 megapixel CMOS sensor and EXPEED 4 image processor. The sensor and processor combine to realize high-resolution imaging, notable low-light sensitivity to an expandable ISO 25600, continuous shooting to 5 fps, and Full HD 1080p video recording capabilities. Additionally, the sensor design omits the traditional optical low-pass filter in order to gain the utmost sharpness and resolution from both photos and videos. question

Is this US or imported?
Asked by: Faith W.
B&H has both. B&H currently has the US model on sale (but back ordered) for about the same price as the imported. I would wait and buy the US model. Nikon will NOT do any repairs ever on imported cameras. The 3300 is a fine camera and will serve you well. The 18-55 & the 55-200 are surprisingly good lenses. I have never bought an imported camera. Enjoy.

question

How to charge ds3300
Asked by: Anonymous
The camera runs off a battery located in a compartment accessible by a door on bottom of the camera. To recharge the battery, it must be removed, and charged in the wall charger that came with the camera. To remove the battery slide the latch on battery door to open it. Be careful to slide the battery all the way into the charger so that the contacts engage. When the battery is properly plugged into the charger, and the charger is plugged into a 120 volt wall outlet, the charge light should be blinking.
