Can you feed a new XLR cable to replace the cable that’s already in it?
Asked by: Michael
Yes. A cable, without a connector may be fed through the arm, tho it would require a "snake" to push or pull the replacement cable through.

Is there an alternative compatible C-CLAMP I can use with this boom arm that will clamp a 3 inch desktop?
Asked by: My
Unfortunately, I don't know of any wider clamp that will be compatible with this BAI-2X arm. I would recommend using the included screws to mount permanently to the desk, rather than using the clamp.

What length is the XLR cable?
Asked by: Richard
With the cable installed and laying the boom as straight as possible, mine is 183" from tip to tip. The length from where the mounted cable exits top to tip on mine is 20", and from the bottom to the tip on mine is 126". You can adjust these free cable lengths.
