If you use the RCA inputs you will hear both sides. The signal will be summed to a mono-signal.

The specs list: US Detachable Line Cord: 100 120 VAC, 50 60 Hz, 160WEU Detachable Line Cord: 220 240 VAC, 50 60 Hz, 160WB&H is selling the US version, not the EU version.
