Also included is the infrared cable for starting and stopping video recording on this camera. This system allows for wireless viewing and remote shutter triggering of your compatible DSLR camera.

Has anyone that owns this had success in getting it to start/stop video? Mine does not, despite following instructions in the manual.
We are sorry to hear of your issue. There is report of another B&H customer having success with this on a Canon 5D Mark II. We would suspect that maybe the IR lamp is at fault. Make sure it is properly aligned. Contact The Gradus Group the distributor of this item for further assistance. If no avail and you have had this less than 30 days, contact B&H Customer Service for exchange or refund.
