Excellent fit for Tamron 150-600 lens.

Good but not great

Good protection but difficult to put on. The windows are a bit on the small side for viewing settings and the small hole for the zoom lock is a joke. If you do a lot of wildlife photography while walking through the woods I would say use it but if not I would skip this item.

Hard to figure out.

I purchased this to use when set up inside my hunting blind. It was a bit confusing when I went to attach it to my lens especially around the tripod collar mount. Also, the patterns didnt seem to match up very well when you zoomed the lens in and out. Although I havent used it in my blind yet, the one good thing I like about it is that it helps to keep my lens warm in cooler weather.

the product is very good in terms of quality --- I Like It! and having extra parts helps me as I use this with an EM1 mk1 body the cover fits nicely but I just leave the hood to it's original state it's very minor and gives me less problem during storage also!

I would buy for my next lens

Very stealthy. Helps keep the dirt out.

Decent- not great. 3.5 stars

3.5 stars would be accurate. Pros- the sleeve does appear to protect the lens from scratches Cons- the sleeve, or should I say sleeves comes in Soo many pieces that it tends to separate. If you have the tripod collar on, this creates even more pieces. With this lens, that collar is almost a must just from an ergonomic standpoint because of its weight, even if you don’t intend to use it on a tripod

Just what I needed!

question

How does this LensCoat get installed on the lens. I never used one before and have no idea how you apply it to the lens? A little help would be nice please. Thanks for your time and effort. Cliff Z

The Lenscoat product arrives in small sections. Before putting it on the lens, its best to match up each section of the coat with the appropriate section of the lens it is to go on. Each section will be evident as to what part of the lens it is to be placed on. As far as putting the coat on the lens itself goes, its much like putting on a sweatband on your wrist or head. Just stretch the neoprene out a bit and lift the first section over the circumfrence of the lens, and pull it back to its apporpriate position.

question

How does one install the lens coat and still use the zoon? The barrel fits tightly inside at 150mm.
Asked by: Ken J.
I came to the realization when I was installing the LensCoat on the lens, that that one piece is useless unless the lens is at full zoom.I haven't used that piece and put it in the spare parts collection.Andrew

question

can I use this for EOS 6D camera?
Asked by: Anonymous
The cover is just for the lens, and assuming that you have the canon version of that sigma lens it should work no problem. I have used the Nikon and canon versions of this lens, fits well
