This MH667Q Quick Release Plate from Giottos is included with the MH667 clamp and the MH5002 pan/tilt head, and is sold here as a spare or replacement part. It can also be used with most other Arca-type compatible clamps or heads. A D-ring lets you lock down the camera, as well as pre-orient the camera in your desired position, before attaching the 2.76" long plate.

There is no image of the rear, does it have the safety screws on the bottom?
There are no safety screws on the bottom of this plate, however it does offer a D-Ring 1/4 -20 screw.
