Best Articulating Arm

I have purchased other less expensive articulating arms and have had 2 of them just fall apart and break. The Nova Cine Arm is extremely well made and I haven't had a problem with it yet. I have 3 of these. They are a little spendy, but well worth every penny. I like the length and the lever to adjust it. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

An separate metal washer comes with the product in a small plastic bag. What is this washer for? How is it used?
Asked by: Michael
The Metal washer could be used with the side that does not connect to your camera. If you can't get a tight connection you could add the washer.

I just got this in the mail. Why is the arm greasy? It's like someone sprayed it w/ WD40.
Asked by: Michael
Noga Cine Arm DG Hold-It Arm has bit of grease when you pick it up from the box. This is use as lubricant, I will recommend cleaning up the surface if you notice any grease after cleaning the articulated arm it will be consider as defective.

Is this good enough to hold a yolobox ultra and is this gonna fit in a manfrotto 055 tripod easy link thread?
Asked by: Lijo
The Noga Cine Arm DG Hold-It Arm has a payload capacity that is able to hold a YoloLiv YoloBox Ultra. To connect to a Manfrotto Easy Link, you would need a reducer bushing such as the Oben 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 Reducer Bushing (BH #OB1039).
