Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good product bad customer service. I would really like to give the Noga Arm a good review, because it is built really well, however product quality and functionality is equally tied to a companies customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Noga was met with silence when I emailed them multiple times over a months time, both from their engineering and corporate portals to asks a simple question about one of their accessories I was having difficulty locating. I don't plan on returning the arm, but I will not be purchasing any more Noga gear in the future for their lack of customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cine-arm Just received my Noga Cine Arm It's actually a replacement for one that got damaged after some very hard use I could have replaced it with another brand but but the other has held up so well I would recommend this product because it can take lot of abuse and still continue to perform well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Second One I Bought More expensive -- but worth it. I was so impressed with the build quality of the first one, I got another one. These are rock solid and are not going to suddenly fail and drop your expensive monitor or other equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I own 3 It holds a lot of wight and it holds it very still. Obviously, it's not a steel fixed arm, it's a flexible joint, so there's a limit- but I own 2 medium arms and one large. The large on is LARGE and heavy but it can hold a 35mm+lens or a monitor + batteries. No problem. It's great for timelapses when you can only clamp to a tree or a fence or a rock. Get a super clamp, the mini clamp is ok, but you're limited by it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is a nice arm, with a turnscrew made of aluminum This arm is AWESOME, until you use it a few times and it is totally stripped. I am the only one who uses the arm, and I've not tightened it down to any unreasonable degree, I use it for my Odyssey based on reviews on B+H. 4 shoots, and the screw is completely shot. It's an ingenious mechanism, but it strips out incredibly easily and NOGA does NOT respond to customer service emails at all. Not even an acknowledgement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rubber gasket doesn't grab and hold metal The arm itself is decent, but the red rubber gasket is too soft. It doesn't allow you to tighten and grab on metal or plastic surfaces. Basically you tighten it down extremely hard and then when you are filming the monitor spins down and falls off. Haven't figured out a fix for this yet, maybe a hard plastic washer or something not so soft. Color is cool, design is poor for practical field work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid arm I love having this arm for my Odyssey 7Q+ on my Sony FS7. It holds the monitor solidly and is very easy to move to different desired positions. The only down side is that the ridged back of the Odyssey started to ware away the red cushion immediately, but that is an Odyssey design flaw not a cine arm problem, but still it is cause for me to take off 1 star.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for what it is designed to do. The arm is sturdy and well made...and support my Canon Vixia HF G30 easily, but I find it to be awkward to adjust...because one lever tightens everything at once. I think however that is something that just takes some getting used to and not necessarily poor design...overall I think it is a good product and would recommend it for small studio spaces.
