Noga DG9038CA Reviews
Broke My R1, don't use this.

Never use this arm. Products sold at one-tenth the price of Smallrig are far superior in quality and are perfectly functional. The screw easily came loose from the arm (which shouldn't happen under normal circumstances) and became stuck in the EOS R1's screw hole. It's now completely stuck and cannot be removed without disassembling the entire internal components. You'll end up paying a high price for this completely useless piece of junk and then have to pay the device manufacturer a hefty repair fee. I can only think that B&H, which sells such products, is complicit in this scam.
Its good

There is a washer in small clear plastic zip bag, in the Noga box. What is this for?
Articulating arms such as the Noga DG9038CA CineArm DG (Medium) (B&H# NODG9038CA) sometimes come with washers which are designed to increase the surface area in contact between the screw end of the arm and whatever it attaches to. That can reduce the chance of it slipping.
