The Nikon F5 owners manual recommends alkaline or lithium AA batteries. Nothing in it in regards to rechargeable AA. I've read that eneloops can be used in the F5, and I did use them in my F5 a few times with no problems. My understanding is that the eneloops have no built-in protection against short circuits and can ruin the F5's circuits if this were to happen. After learning this I went back to lithium AA's just to be safe.

Are these the newest Eneloop model? 4th generation I think? Should be "MCC" in the model name but the product photo doesn't show it.
Manufacturer model number is BK-3MCCA16FA. So these should be the newest model of enloops in this category.

what charger do i purchase for the panasonic eneloop AA rechargeable batteries ?
The Watson 8-Bay Rapid Charger for AA / AAA NiMH or NiCd Rechargeable Batteries (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/761843-REG/Watson_aa8lcd_8_Bay_Rapid_Charger_for.html) is the one I have, and it works very well with my Eneloop and Watson batteries.I also noticed that the Watson AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries (2300mAh) are more powerful, last longer (in my experience) and happen to be cheaper than the Eneloop batteries.Hope that helps.

Yes this model is the new up to date version. The company before was Sanyo, and now Panasonic has taken over.
