question
I'm looking for a 13x19 paper that could give me the effect like there is light coming from the paper, like the effect you can get with the Fujifilm Cristal paper. What paper could give that results?. Will this metallic paper be useful for that purpose or there is another paper you sell that could give me better results? Thanks
Since the Fuji Crystal Archive Paper is a high glossy paper, I would recommend trying the Epson Metallic Photo Paper Glossy. But it really depends on the image what will look good and give you that glow. Images that rely on a gradient to establish contrast, rather than stark changes in color and darkness, sometimes will not have enough punch. Where the metallic seems to work best is when the luminosity of the silver white and the pure black can play against each other.

Can l use for canon 1000?
Can l use for canon 1000?
I am not familiar with canon printers. but the issue is whether canon offers profiles for the paper. if they do, then you can print with this paper. if not, if they offer a profile for luster paper, probably you would get reasonable results.

question
Has anyone compared this to the Epson Metallic Glossy paper. If so, do you have a preference between the two (glossy vs. luster) papers for B&W and for color prints?
I use both in multiple sizes on an Epson P800 printer. Metallic Gloss has a gloss finish and Metallic Luster has a luster finish. These papers are similar to the Epson non-metallic papers except the metallic papers have a metallic look to them. I use both metallic papers for landscape photos unlike other photographers who avoid the metallic look for 'fine art' photos. You won's know if you like these papers or not until you try them both. Purchase the 8.5x11 size of Metallic Luster and try it out.

question
can Epson metallic luster paper be used with R1900 printer?
Sally, I have the Epson 3880 but I would think if your printer can print to 19 inch it should. Make sure you download the printer profile for the paper.

question
Does this paper work with the Epson R2400 printer?
You MUST call Epson. I have the1400 and it turns out that I could not. Looking at the website for the paper can be misleading, so call them before you buy.
