Will this plug into my Nikon 810? Id like to keep my on camera flash mounted to my camera and also have the a pocket wiz attached by this cord that will trigger an off camera flash. I shoot in aperture priority. Could I do this?
This should work if you have a Plus or MultiMAX radio.

No. To use a PC sync cable on Speedlights, you would need a hot-shoe adapter that has a PC sync socket.

is this cord 5ft when stretched or 5ft long before stretching the coil?
These are 5' when stretched. To be honest, I have never had the need for them to be this long. An assistant ran over to B&H when I was shooting in Manhattan and got the wrong size. If you need them long though, these are that!
