this allows a bolt flash to shoot a hss??
Unfortunately, the VB-11 and VB-22 flashes from Bolt do not offer HSS, therefore this trigger is not HSS compatible.

Is this unit compatible with the Leica M240?
Yes, that is compatible with the M240. It is a manual wireless sync so it only uses the center pin on the cameras hotshoe.
