Revo AC-ATS-BL Overview

The blue Aluminum Thumbscrew for GoPro (3-Pack) from Revo provides a more rugged alternative to the regular plastic thumbscrews included with most GoPro HERO housings. Crafted entirely from aluminum, they're designed to endure high-intensity activities like skydiving and freestyle motocross. A rubber O-ring on the threaded stud prevents the thumbscrew from scratching your GoPro mount, and a hexagonal acorn nut provides a locking female thread. The set consists of two short aluminum thumbscrews and one long one.

The threaded screw is the standard diameter used by all original GoPro HERO housings and frames, and will also work with most mounts and accessories built around the GoPro mounting system.

Short screw does not fit

Too thick, short screws interfere with GoPro body and will scratch. Can't understand why they even made it like this and sell for GoPro, just doesn't fit.

The longer screw comes in contact with my GoPro Hero 9. Can only use it elsewhere. The 2 shorter screws are fine for mounting the camera.

The 2 shorter screws are just a little too thick for a GoPro Hero 9. You can screw them in but no space between the body and the screw.

These thumbscrews are perfect for 3D printed mounts - and color matched with the filament! Also, the knurled aluminum knobs are easy to tighten/loosen.

It's always a good idea to have spare GoPro thumbscrews since they're used in almost every support device and those made by Revo are even sturdier than those supplied by GoPro.

These screws work as well as the one that came with the camera. The red color is why I ordered them. great product.

question

do these have the screwdriver slot so you can tighten it harder?
Asked by: colt
No screwdriver slot. I don't need it. Hand tighten is enough. The knob has cross-hatch scoring on it to get a good grip. If you need more try pliers and a cloth to protect the finish on the knob.
