The blue Aluminum Thumbscrew for GoPro (3-pack) from Revo provides a more rugged alternative to the plastic thumbscrews included with most GoPro HERO housings. Crafted entirely from aluminum, these screws are designed to endure high-intensity activities including skydiving and freestyle motocross. A rubber O-ring on the threaded stud prevents the thumbscrew from scratching your GoPro mount, and a hexagonal acorn nut provides a locking female thread.
Included are two short aluminum thumbscrews for securing accessories, and a long one for securing the camera. The long screw provides extra clearance from the camera body. The threaded screw is the standard diameter used by all original GoPro HERO housings and frames, and will also work with most mounts and accessories built around the GoPro mounting system.
