Any special computer needed? Or Os

You need a CFast card reader but I use the same software and laptop to read my Compact Flash cards and it works just fine.

question

Will this card work with the canon 1dx II?
Asked by: Wayne
This model camera specs show that it can support Cfast 2 cards. I use this memory card in my BM Ursa cinema camera. The main issue is data rate of reading and writing. In my case this card is limits me from recording UHD4k in RAW at high frame rates. The card can't write the data quickly enough for that bandwidth. In your case it's a matter of how many pictures your shooting, especially in bursts mode whether the card could handle the bandwidth. It probably should. The price on the card is really appealing there are other brands to compare: Delkin has a cheap option and Lexor has several options with a variety of reading and writing speeds to accommodate different recording styles. Hope this is helpful.
