I receive this unit with 120v as input voltage, can i plug it on 220v electic source ? and why on the specs they write there 220v-240v ?
The specs list: US Detachable Line Cord: 100 120 VAC, 50 60 Hz, 160WEU Detachable Line Cord: 220 240 VAC, 50 60 Hz, 160WB&H is selling the US version, not the EU version.

If you use the RCA inputs you will hear both sides. The signal will be summed to a mono-signal.
