The Ubiquiti Networks POE-24-12W-WH PoE Injector (24 VDC, 12W, White) BH #UBPOE2412WWH is purpose-built for Ubiquiti cameras and would not be recommended for PTZ Optics NDI-HX cameras.

This is 24 volt, which makes it poe+ and therefore 802.11at.

Robert is correct. No, this will not work. This is a 24VDC passive POE adapter. Reolink cameras require a IEEE 802.3af or IEEE 802.3at (48VDC) active POE injector. This will not power it as the camera requires an 802.3af compatible injector. This adapter is 24V and 802.3af spec indicates that requires 48V.
