This works great with Ubiquiti USW-Flex POE switches allowing each of my switches to get a full 42W of power for additional devices.

Yes, If you used the Ubiquiti Networks 50V PoE Adapter with Gigabit LAN Port on a 10Gbit network the speeds would drop to gigabit speeds.
