Hoodie Lens Hood Cover (XX-Large, Green) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 89.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Fathom WA90 lens My Fathom Wide-Angle lens was delivered by ... without any serious protection (a piece of cloth strapped with a rubber band) so my first move was to look for a protection above and underwater. It's easy to bang an underwater video rig when getting in or out of the water, or even on the boat...This hood perfectly fits the bill. It's a very good protection against most involuntary shocks, it folds easily in a dry or wetsuit pocket (or just slit under the belt of my BC). It takes some learning to slide it underwater while holding the housing, but that's fine.... SHOULD provide this hood with the Fathom lens they sell for so many dollars!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits Nikon 300mm f2.8 Hood This fits over the hood for my Nikon 300mm f2.8, even when the hood is reversed (the neoprene material stretches over the hood tension knob). If you don't use the hood, the cover is a bit too large to fit the lens snugly, so you might want to go down a size. It can be tricky to coordinate putting it on if the lens is not on a tripod. I find I need both hands to stretch the neoprene material to fit over the lens hood, leaving no hands to hold the lens. I give this 3.5 stars for functionality, but am bumping my overall rating to 4 stars since it is very inexpensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great on my Canon 300mm f/2.8 I purchased the 5.5/6.25 for my 500mm f/4 and it was too small but it fit perfectly on my canon 300mm f/2.8. I purchased the 6.25/7 for the 500mm and it works perfectly. I recommend it. Its much easier to deal with than the lens hood the comes with the Canon. Its light and durable. It has a stiffened pad over the lens to provide a bit more protection. It stretches easily over the hood clamp screw when its stowed backwards on the lens. I find the best way to install it when the hood is on backwards is to install it over the screw first and then pull it over the hood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement lens cover Buy this as soon as possible, I use a Canon 300 2.8 and a 500 F4, both the lens caps provided with the lens are a big pain in the neck. Removing them and fitting them time and again is always a problem. In the field, it is a headache. This cap solves all the problems, is easy to fit and remove, lightweight and compact, in an emergency, you can wear it on your head and go about doing your job, then fit it back on the lens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from XX-Large Hoodie for Nikon 200-400 Vr The XX-Large Hoodie was well constructed and fit the lens hood of my 200-400 vr lens perfectly. It works well with the Lenscoat neopreen sleeve that I also purchased for my lens. It goes on/off quickly compared to the original nikon lens cover. When actively shooting, I use the hoodie in place of the bulky nikon cover. For storage, I leave the hoodie in place and simply slip the bulky nikon cover over the top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Replacement! I have a Nikon 500mm F/4 that seems to have swallowed its lens hood and in need of a replacement. I've already wrapped the lens in a protective LensCoat kit which has been great in protecting the lens from scratches and nicks. The neoprene lens hood cover slides on and off with ease and was the perfect size to fit over the lenshood. An inexpensive fix to an otherwise potentially expensive replacement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for the price! I use this on my Nikon 200-400mm lens. I keep the lens hood on at all times and this product stays secure when it is out of the case. It is easy to remove which is great when I am out in the field and I am able to fold it to put in a cargo pocket. The only issue I have is several times it has come off the lens hood when taking it out of the Nikon case the lens came with. Not that big of a problem as long as you notice the lens hood cover is missing before you start traveling to your location to shoot.
