Perfect size/setup for Sigma 24-70 + K&F VND

I practice videography with a setup Sony A7Siii paired with a Sigma 24-70mm with a VND + CPL from K&F. I also have a Tamron 70-180mm with a similar set-up. When doing street video/photography, I was looking for an option to save time while switching lens, without having to take out the VND filter, put back the lens cap, switch lenses, repeat, etc. Discovered LensCoat and decided to give it a try. Loved it so much I also bought the Small version for my Tamron Setup. Sturdy, easy to use, and for the use described, no complaints so far.

The material is nice and padded, but it doesn't fit around my standard lens without sliding off.

Yes, trick of the trade if you apply to your lens and warm with blow dryer. They shrink just a lil for that perfect fit.

The medium hood hat will fit the Tokina 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. Both Op/Tech and LensCoat are excellent brands.

question

Size for canon 35-70?
Asked by: ira r.
Hello IraThe two Lenscoat medium Hoodies I bought were to replace the original plastic lens covers provided by Canon. It was taking too much time to remove and replace these plastic covers in the field so I now use Lenscoat hoods for all my lenses from 600mm down to 17-40mm.The medium hoods are for my 300mm f4 and 400mm f5.6 lenses that have a 77mm diameter. (They take 77mm filters) These hoods provide a loose fitting which is fine for me. You should check your lens diameter and make your choice on that. Based on my findings for a lens with 72mm or smaller diameter I use a smaller size than medium. The hoods are of high quality and provide extra benefit in that they don't get lost as easily as the plastic covers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.RegardsTerry

question

Will this product fit the nikor 24mm f/1.4 lens with it's hood reversed?
Asked by: Anonymous
Hello,I don't have that particular lens, but I'm pretty sure it will fit. As long as the diameter is within the hood range, there should be no problem. I'm very pleased with that hood, it's easy to use and does the job it's intended to.As for using it with the hood in reverse position, I do that often, with my gear. I took a look at the specs for your particular lens and it's hood and I can't see why it should not work.

question

Will this fit the Nikon 14-24mm Lens?
Asked by: aron c.
The medium lens coat hoodie will fit the Nikon 14 - 24 lens hood which is 98mm. The hoodie wall is thin so it will give, and it has a solid base to protect that bulbous lens. I prefer using the Op/Tech USA Hood Hat, the thickness is more substantial, and probably the large is more suited to this lens.

question

Does it work with the Tokina SD 16-28mm 2.8?
Asked by: Roman M.
I purchased this hood for the same lens. It makes a snug fit, and the end is fairly solid, so it should not contact the glass. However, it does remove the snap-on lens cover I was using as a replacement for the original Tokina lens cover.
