I got this for free with the Sigma 18-300 lens and it's incredible. Getting 1:3 magnification with the same image quality and autofocus is fantastic!

I would buy again

Appears to be a very reasonably priced addition for added macro versatility. Tried a couple times with good results. New to macro, so am anxious to learn more about macro.

question

Will this work with sigma 70-200?
Asked by: Mandy B.
It is difficult to answer unless you try it on 70-200. Sigma markets it specific for 18-300 which is an APS-C lens. 70-200 should be a full frame lens so there is a difference between the image circles of both lenses.

question

Will this affect picture quality if I attach it to the sigma 18-300 all the time ?
Asked by: Gordon
You should use it only when trying to shoot macro. Otherwise AF will not work properly.

question

Can I use it on sigma 18-250?
Asked by: Yuan-Jen L.
Yes, this will work on the Sigma 18-250 mm lens. The threads are 72 mm. I have the 18-250, and use it all the time.
