Belden is the way to go. Reliable and sturdy cable. Pretty flexible too, all things considered.

Can i use this cable to connect a Sony EVI-HD1 to an ATEM (Blackmagic) or should i use an RG59 cable?

Belden 1694A has a solid copper core so there will be a lot of shape memory in the cable and will not be flat right after you unspool it. You might consider 1694F. It is designed as a flex cable so it will have much less shape memory.See link. http://bhpho.to/1h8ZA78
