Paired with the flash head's built-in Skyport Wireless Receiver is the Skyport Speed Transmitter which provides 8-channel wireless triggering. Also included is a 16' sync cable, a 2-lightstand kit with carry case, a dedicated carry bag for two D-Lite RX One heads, two 6.3" 90º umbrella reflectors and two distinct umbrella modifiers. The first umbrella is a 33" white umbrella with black backing which allows virtually no light to pass through, and makes a very efficient bounce umbrella. It is glossy white and gives similar output to a silver umbrella without the harshness. The second umbrella is a 33" translucent umbrella that allows about 50% transmission.
The Elinchrom D-Lite RX One Flash Head is a 100W/s auto-sensing, multi-voltage monolight that recognizes any AC power source from 90-260VAC, allowing power variability over 5.0 stops in 1/10 stop increments. Recycling is a fast 0.5-2.1 sec. (@115V) with flash durations as short as an action-stopping 1/2200 sec at full power.
The D-Lite RX One is packed with professional and convenience features usually found in flash heads twice its price. Although this head accepts one, you won't need a PC cord. It has a built-in EL Skyport Receiver with 8 frequency channels that can handle 4 distinct groups of flashes. Separate purchase of the EL Skyport Speed Transmitter not only allows you to trigger your flash at distances up to 393' but gives you control of power on/off, modeling light functions and Speed Sync activation. Free software for Mac and PC computers is available, providing additional features such as Flash-Delay for strobing effects. Add an optional WiFi module to the transmitter and you can use specially designed apps that allow full remote control from your for iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
D-Lite RX One's bayonet mount accepts all Elinchrom accessories and softboxes up to 53" (135 cm). It comes with a power cord with a U.S. plug, sync cord, flash tube and protective cap. The included 115V 100W modeling lamp must be swapped out when using the unit in nominal 230V electrical environments.
Using the Elinchrom Skyport SPEED Transmitter you can control basic functions of Elinchrom units such as the BXRI 250/500, Ranger Quadra and D-Lite-it with the built-in ELS Receiver, and Elinchrom RX units to which a Transceiver RX (not included) is attached. To control all RX functions of Style RX, Ranger RX, Ranger Quadra RX (only Ranger Quadra RX with serial numbers from 4001 onwards) and Digital RX from a computer, the USB Transceiver RX 19354/19348 (not included) and the latest EL Skyport software (not included) are required. With this software, additional features are available such as Strobing, Counter and more.
The Skyport remote control system works at distances up to 196' (60 m) indoors; up to 393' (120 m) outdoors, and up to 1/250s shutter speed. It can control flashes in 4 selectable workgroups, and there are 8 frequency channels. With 40-bit security, you get interference-free operation.
The Transmitter synchronizes remote flash units when each is fitted with either a "Universal" receiver (not included) that fits all flash brands or the Transceiver RX (not included) fitting Style RX, Digital RX and Ranger RX units or units with EL-Skyport Transceiver built-in (BXRi 250/500 & Ranger Quadra AS). The RX Transceiver also provides control over the power and modeling lamp of all Elinchrom RX flash units, directly from the Skyport Transmitter Speed. This transmitter uses a 3V lithium battery (CR2430).
The Elinchrom PC to 3.5 mm Sync Cord (16'/5.0 m) works with their Universal Remote Control. It is compatible with Style, Style S, Style RX, FX, BX, BXRi and D-Lite flash heads. It's also compatible with Chic 1 and 2, Digital 1 and 2, and Digital RX 1200 and 2400 power packs as well as the Ranger Quadra battery pack.

Choosing umbrella size is determined by the size of the subject, and the strength of the light being used. The choice of your umbrella surface is as subjecetive as choosing a paint and brush. This material is neutral and allows approximately 50% transmission.
The 2 stands in this Elinchrom Stand Kit with Case are designed to support compact and standard flash heads. They have 5/8" top studs, and rise to a maximum height of 92.5" with a minimum height of 34.6". They will support up to 11 lb, and are stored and transported in the included nylon case with shoulder strap.
This Elinchrom Tube Bag is included with the D-Lite/RX ONE light kits, and holds two monolights. It is sold here as a spare or replacement bag.
