The E-Image GH10L 100mm Pro Fluid Video Head takes only an E-Image GP1 Quick Release Plate (SKU: EIGP1) https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1046984-REG/e_image_gp1_camera_plate_for_gh03_06_08_10.html/qa An Arca swiss-style plate could be used with an adapter such as a Really Right Stuff B2-LLR-II Lever-Release Clamp (80mm) (SKU: RERELESECLMP) https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1301154-REG/really_right_stuff_b2_llr_ii_quick_release_c_lever_release_style_quick_release_clamp.html

According to specs, this fluid head should be operational at -40 degrees. Is this true? Has anyone tried it in very cold temperatures?
Asked by: Anna
The manufacturer's specs are based on workbench tests that are rigidly adhered to and while we do not have first-hand access to those temperature conditions, we have heard of instances where this fluid head did operate successfully at very low, mid-winter New York temperatures.

I would like to use this for a Nikon p900 bridge camera . How would the counterbalance work with a zoom lens?
Asked by: Susan
Although the Nikon p900 camera would mount and be supported by the GH06 Fluid Head, it is intended for use with larger cameras. A Gitzo 2-Way Fluid Head would be better suited for the camera’s size and can accommodate large range zoom lenses. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1436575-REG/gitzo_ghf2w_2_way_fluid_head.html/qa

The Feisol CT-3442 and the Gitzo Traveler tripods do not take bowl-based fluid heads. You'll need to get a flat-based fluid head.
