Capture smooth, dynamic sweeping pans and camera rises with the Orion DVC210 8' DSLR Camera Crane / Jib from ProAm USA. Features an overslung platform, the jib is designed with DSLR and mirrorless cameras in mind, supporting camera and lens combinations weighing up to 10 lb. The 8' arm adds 5' of reach from the fulcrum point, with an optional 4' extension available for additional length. The jib is constructed from 1" and 2" aluminum tubing, setting up quickly and without tools to benefit on-location productions. At the end of your shoot, the jib breaks down into two 4' long sections for easier travel and storage. To balance your load, a 1" counterweight bar at the rear of the arm accepts standard and readily available dumbbell weights.

    ProAm USA DVC210 reviews

Orion DVC210 8' DSLR Camera Crane / Jib is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jib, THE Best for the Money! After buying and using smaller jibs in the 4-6' range, I finally just had to have something bigger. After much research I settled on the ProAm DVC210. I also ordered the 4'extension adn cable support, so I now have a stable 12' jib, (AWESOME). I use for weddings, corporate and industrial jobs. The use is limitless if you use your imagination. It does take considerable extra time to plan for transport, setuop/takedown, not to mention allowing space to actually use it on a job. But when it all comes together, it's worth the effort...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Purchase, Be prepared with a strong Stand/Tripod I have been using the ProAm Jib to shoot digital tours and indie films. I have to say that it is very quick to set up even with its first use (set-up time of roughly 5 - 10 minutes) It has a nice strong quality to it and gives multiple mounting options for both cameras and the crane its self. This Jib has a great weight mounting system that provides an extensive amount of area to hang weights to counter balance the camera. It also takes beautifully smooth pans and tilt shots while keeping the camera successfully level with its target. Also the bubble level key chain was a nice mini bonus but its chain broke almost immediately... (has nothing to do with actual Jib) I wish that this product came with the options of bundle purchasing a stand, carrying case and other add-ons that Pro Am itself offers in a booklet that ships with the Jib. Also the Handle is a bit loose (I may just have to re-tighten mine) and I often do not rely on it but instead guide the jib by its primary extension for most shots. You will also want a strong stand for this, it is a heavier piece of equipment. In all totally worth the purchase, a great fluid functioning Jib.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from S-m-o-o-t-h Use it for infomercials and special event shows. It sets up very quickly. Is light weight but well built. What is NOT so great is the screw tap holes. They all seem easy to strip out. Have not done that yet thank goodness. Best thing of all is the lightweight. We use it on a modified Manfrotto Heas/Tripod. The Fluid Damping makes it so smooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Crane for the Money Good product with quality construction. Easy to put together and use. Hand tilt was a little stiff, but over time it loosened up. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase of the crane.
