The Benro LBA2 Leveling Base is ideal for creating stitched panoramic images that require a level base for your pan head or ball head. It has a load capacity of 110 lb and can tilt +/-15° in any direction. The top of the leveling base has a spring-loaded 3/8"-16 threaded stud that can be recessed to reveal a 1/4"-20 stud, allowing you to mount a head or a camera directly to the leveling base. The bottom mount is a 3/8"-16 female thread with a 1/4"-20 bushing adapter.

Is this compatable with the Rhino Carbon Fiber Three Series Travel Tripod with the VX30 Head, or is this oversized , I prefer an exact fit ?
I can't really answer that, I don't know that tripod an head. However it is on the small side. The base is 2" and the top plate is about 2.75"

I recently ordered the Benro Bat Zero Series ...
I recently ordered the Benro Bat Zero Series Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod w/VX20 Ball Head. Would the Benro LBA2 Leveling Base be oversized for the base of the Bat Zero Tripod ?
Benro LBA2 Leveling Base has a base mount diameter of 60mm and the top plate has a diameter of 70mm.
Benro Bat Zero Series Carbon Fiber Tabletop Tripod with VX20 Ball Head base mount is 40mm.
However the size of the leveling base would not affect the stability of the tripod or the the head nor it would impact the load capacity and the legs possitions.

Would the Benro VT2 3-LEG Locking Base be compatible with the Benro MSDPL46C SupaDupa Carbon Fiber Monopod with Leveling Pan ?
The Benro LBA2 Leveling Base could be attached to the plate of the Benro MSDPL46C SupaDupa Carbon Fiber Monopod with Leveling Pan Head (62") via the included 1/4"-20 Bushing Adapter. However, as that monopod already has an integrated leveling base, there may not be much benefit in using these together.

Is the load capacity REALLY 110 lbs? Most other leveling bases have load capacity ratings of around 25 lbs.
I believe that it does have a capacity of 110 lbs, meaning that the leveling won't suddenly unlock and your camera would be tilted. So you can trust that it will be level at all times when locked.

What tripod brand/model tripod is it shown with on the 5th pic?
What is more confusing to me, is that in the picture, that Induro GIHH74CP Baby Grand tripod (equiv to Benro 75mm Hi-Hat) has the MLA23 Leveler in it. Why on earth, would you put a leveler like this one, on a more superior ball leveler like the MLA23? Makes no sense, I think the photographer of these photo's was just throwing together products. I would either use this Leveling Base or the MLA23 leveler. If my tripod already had a leveler, I wouldn't need this Leveling base.
