Can you please tell me, is it possible to clamp a Super Clamp to the tripod legs? (For example: The Manfrotto 035RL which has a jaw opening of 2.1"). In advance, thank you for your help with this.
Yes that is possible. We even recommend this Impact Super Clamp with Ratchet Handle, B&H # IMCC106R, which also has a 2.1" opening.

What are the dimensions when closed with the wheels attached? Looks amazing but might be too bulky and wide/thick
The Kessler Crane K-Pod Tripod System has a Folded Dimension of 39" x 10.75" x 10" and weight is 22lbs. With dolly attached it would add about 5 inches.

question
can I mount the Manfrotto 509HD on here and still be able to mount the Kessler Crane KC-12 on top of the manfrotto head?
You should be able to mount any bowl head to the kpod with the right accessories. I don't have the kc-12, but I assume as long as the kc-12 has 1/4 or 3/8 mounting holes it should work with your manfrotto. That being said, I don't think you'll be satisfied with the setup as your manfrotto head won't be able to take on that much load. Crane + Camera + Counterweights would certainly go over the 29lb capacity of that head.

question
How do I mount the Kessler crane on this tripod?
Either by using a Hercules Head which is recommended due to the sheer weight the crane and camera setup... Or by buying just a 100mm ball kit and then mounting your crane directly to the K-pod. I have not attempted this but it should work.

question
How is it moving the tripod? The listed 22 pound weight feels like it's going to be a real pain to move around a set or location.
Add the wheels and it's actually quite easy, very sturdy.
