This item is so adaptible for most any table, and it’s padded, so it protects even very fancy headphones, keeping them from being lost, sat on, crimped, etc. Really love it!

Solid headphone holder

It's a great fit and works well, I especially appreciate the cushioning on the holder itself. Only criticism I have is that the nut to screw it into place on the desk can only realistically be turned from the pressure plate side that's going to be on the bottom of the table or desk which makes it a bit of a pain to access when you're putting the final few turns on the bolt.

Could this be used to hang headphones from a microphone boom arm? How big is the claimping surface?
Asked by: Chris
This clamp is more for clamping on a table. I wouldn't suggest to use it on a boom arm, especially since the clamping surface is flat, it is an estimated 2 inches in diameter.

What is the width (front to back) of the cradle? I have wide headphones.
Asked by: Brian
Roughly two and a half inches. But those parts sticking up are the soft pads. So even if yours hangs over in the front a little, they'll still stay there comfortably without being scratched.
