I found that there are two products in your stock are the same content, but the price are different, they are :B&H#: WACACDCCPK Mfr#: C-4228K and B&H#: WACSONPFW50 Mfr#: C-4228.Would you tell me the difference ?
Both items are the same. The only difference is how the items are packaged, but they include the same items and are compatible with the same battery. If I am not mistaken, one may have been previously packaged together with a kit, and as such, has a slightly different SKU number (the K on the end of the MFR number indicates it was packaged as a kit), but the items are identical.

can you charge the camera battery via the USB port on the charger. for solar power charging ect?
According to the manufacturer, the USB port on this charge is one way and is intended to power mobile phones or small cameras. The only way to charge a camera battery would be to use the AC plug on the back or the included car charger.

I ordered and received this charger from B&H in the same order as my Sony a6000 camera and accessories. When I received the charger, it didn't seem to accept the battery; it seemed it needed a special plate. I called B&H and spoke with a person who told me to return it or buy a special plate. Would this charger have worked with the Sony battery for the a6000--without needing to buy a special plate?
This charger already comes with the plate for your a6000. The charger is for the NP-FW50 that is the battery that your camera takes. The battery should have just slid into the plate. You align the connections up with the plate. My apologies you were misinformed.

I would yes you can but I would double check voltage and MAmp outputs match your charger for your battery. But now a days most are same or close.
