The Sachtler Dr. Bag - 3 measures 22.8 x 15.4 x 12.6" / 58 x 39 x 32cm externally with internal dimensions of 17.3 x 9.3 x 8.3" / 44 x 23.5 x 21cm, while the SHAPE Camera Bag with Removable Pouches, B&H # SHSBAG, has dimensions of 20 x 12 x 12" / 50.8 x 40.64 x 30.48cm externally and internal dimensions of 20 x 11 x 10" / 50.8 x 39.37 x 27.94cm.

As i was unable to find the Petrol Bag D003 I can only suggest that you measure your gear on a flat surface and use those dimensions to determine the size bag that you need.

How do I install a card in the card/ID holder on the side of the bag? It seems difficult to remove, I'm concerned I'll damage it.
The card/ID holder on the Sachtler Dr. Bag - 3 is not removable and it does not open. To put a card in the card holder it must be slid into place.

Sachtler Bag Interior Dimensions 17.3 x 9.3 x 8.3" / 44.00 x 23.5 x 21.00 cm
Arco Bag Interior Dimensions 16.00 x 8.0 x 6.5" / 40.6 x 20.3 x 16.5 cm
The Sachtler Bag is Longer Wider and Taller than the Arco Bag. The Sachtler Bag has more dividers on the inside and interior lighting.
The Arco has more exterior pockets and the option to remove the interior insert.

The AC160 is 17.25 inches long, this case has interior dimensions of 17.30 inches. The AC160 should fit, but it will be very tight. The Arco Dr. Bag 30, B&H # ARCSD30B, is for cameras up to 21 inches long. It would be a better fit.https://bhpho.to/2xRoYaa
