This kit combines the Delvcam 7" 3G-SDI and HDMI On-Camera Monitor with a Gold Mount Battery Plate. The L-series and LP-E6 plates and the power adapter that normally come with the individual monitor are also included. Altogether, you'll have the choice between long-lasting, lightweight, and continuous power options. The monitor features a 1024 x 600 screen resolution and supports up to 1080p60 signal input. It has 3G-SDI, HDMI, and analog connections and a variety of monitoring functions including focus peaking, false color, and histogram display.

Will this work with a Canon XHAS1 using the viewfinder component out with the Red green blue cables?
It will be compatible with the Canon using component.

Does this have a waveform function? Will it show refresh rates?
you would be best served with the DELVCAM DELV-WFORM-7SDI monitor , or the DELV-HD7-HSC for waveform.There is no on screen display for refresh rates, only frame rate and resolutions

I haven't tried it, but I doubt it would work.

Can I use it on the BlackMagic Production 4K with the SDI in?
Oh, yeah, definitely, but it will not convert the signal to HDMI-out, only loop through to SDI-out. Also, it is just as reflective as the camera display itself, so keep that in mind as well.
