Hi, I would like to know if this bulb will work with a T12 with an AC of 220V in Peru?
The 120V lamp is designed to work with a voltage that will limit the amount of power it sheds, so doubling it's voltage means an increase of 4x in the amount of power you are putting into the bulb. It may be accompanied by smoke and flash, or the fuse will melt and the protection part will be damaged.
