Does it come with standard ball head?

This mono pod does not have a traditional ball head. It has a fixed head, which does not look like it's replaceable, has a single screw for the traditional screwing into your Camera type of mount. The Todd cannot be moved in anyway, off or down, left or right, without moving the entire monopod to do so.
