Savage Translum Translucent Lightweight Vinyl Backdrop (5 x 18')

Add the soft, diffused glow of frosted glass to still and video images with this Translum Backdrop from Savage. Made from wrinkle-free styrene, it offers diffused light over a large area for a smooth, impressionistic effect while reducing unwanted reflections to achieve a nearly shadowless look. This lightweight seamless backdrop reduces light transmission by 31% for an approximately 3/4-stop loss. The versatile 5 x 18' surface can be used for prop setup or as a light table or background. Objects on the rear side of the backdrop appear as softly diffused shapes, making Translum backdrops ideal for creating silhouettes. This durable material can be easily cut with scissors and cleaned with mild soap to restore its original whiteness. It comes on a 2.1" core that is compatible with most crossbar support systems.
