The attachments for the camera are included with the harness. They are the same attachments that would be used with binoculars. There is nothing extra needed to buy with this strap as well as most other straps.

No, it would not be possible to use the Peak Design AL-4 Anchor Links with the LensCoat Camera/Binoculars Harness (Webbing Version) B&H # LELCBCHW. There is no way to mount the anchor link receiver onto the straps.
