The Impact Wall Mounting Kit with Metal Chain for Roll Paper is a convenient way to support and rapidly swap out three seamless paper backgrounds up to 9' in length. The kit includes a pair of Triple Background Hooks and 3 Varidrives with metal chains to raise and lower the backgrounds.
The included Triple Background Hooks are simply anchored 9' feet apart with screws. It is recommended that you anchor to a stud for each hook section. The three included Varidrives with Metal Chains each have two expandable core units and a flattened metal chain. One side of each of the drives has a large toothed gear to which the chain affixes to allow Venetian blind-like raising and lowering of the background paper roll. The other side of the drive provided tension control.
This Varidrive Set with Metal Chain in silver from Impact makes it easy to raise and lower seamless background paper rolls. The set includes expandable Varidrive cores that grip the paper roll's interior core tube and allow a background to be raised or lowered with a simple pull of the chain. For ease of operating multiple backgrounds, this Varidrive set includes a silver metal chain, drive sets with red, black, and gray chains are also available. Built with features like a large-tooth gear wheel and flat metal chain, the Varidrive set is easy to install and can be used with paper rolls up to 12' wide and weighing up to 42 pounds.
The Varidrive set can be suspended from a variety of accessory hooks. Use Impact VariPoles and Triple Background Hooks with Super Clamps to suspend backgrounds in areas with extremely tall ceilings. The Varidrive set may also be used with Impact's separately available Cross Pole to expand compatibility with uncored paper rolls and fabric backgrounds.

The Background Triple Hooks from Impact make it possible to mount three rolls of seamless background paper up to 9 x 6 ft. to a studio wall or ceiling. This hook system makes it easy to access and switch between the different paper rolls. The Impact Varidrive chain drive system can be installed into each roll, and the hooks separate each background roll with enough room to change backgrounds quickly and conveniently. Thanks to the progressive length of each hook, each roll can be accessed individually without the hassle of moving the others.
The slots in each hook are cut at a 45° angle so they will support paper rolls with Varidrive cores suspended from a ceiling. Concrete anchors are included for permanent wall or ceiling mounting. This simple addition to your studio reduces the time spent on tasks like changing backgrounds, and spending more time creating the perfect image.
